• Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance and support to employees and managers across a broad range of people matters, while leveraging AI-enabled HR tools to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience by using AI-powered solutions where appropriate to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide advice on employment legislation, company policies, and local compliance requirements, ensuring these are clearly communicated and consistently applied.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, leveraging HCM automation to improve data integrity, streamline processes, and support efficient HR operations.
• Oversee immigration and right-to-work processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Manage employee benefits administration and act as a key point of contact for benefits-related guidance and support.
• Partner with the local HR Business Partner to coordinate Professional Interviews (Entretiens Professionnels and Entretiens de Suivi) in line with French legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the local HR Business Partner to develop and deliver annual training plans, incorporating AI-enabled learning platforms where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR operation processes through the responsible use of AI and automation, supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed and contribute to regional HR projects, including digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives where applicable. Skills
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support and enhance HR operations, with practical examples such as automating routine tasks, improving workflows, analysing data, creating content, or driving process efficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, senior stakeholders, and external partners across international environments.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end HR Operations support within a complex, international and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate operational challenges, and develop practical and scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated process improvement mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, manual touchpoints, process gaps, and opportunities for standardisation and automation.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, operational workflows, and data, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimise HR technology and improve the effectiveness of system-enabled processes.
• Confident in leading and navigating AI-enabled ways of working, using AI to support HR Operations, improve productivity, automate administrative activities, analyse information, and enhance process efficiency while maintaining appropriate human oversight and governance.
• Strong data accuracy and governance mindset, with experience maintaining, auditing, validating, and interpreting HR data to support operational decision-making.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms and digital productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms would be advantageous.
• Ability to support system and process changes, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple complex and competing priorities, dependencies, deadlines, and operational risks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple end-to-end employee lifecycle processes simultaneously, including hiring, onboarding, payroll-related activities, benefits, immigration/mobility, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while operating at pace and managing high-volume or time-sensitive activities.
• Comfortable with the ability to navigate evolving processes, technologies, priorities, and responsibilities.
• Ability to balance operational execution with continuous improvement, ensuring day-to-day deliverables are completed while proactively identifying opportunities to improve how work is performed.
• Continuous improvement and digital-first mindset, with a willingness to challenge existing ways of working and explore how technology, automation, AI, and self-service can create more efficient and scalable HR services.
