Opérateur de Production H/F

Responsibilities RESPONSABILITÉS
• Veiller au respect strict des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement, conformément aux obligations légales et aux consignes internes.
• Porter les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) obligatoires
• Réaliser la production selon les ordres de fabrication et les besoins du planning.
• Garantir l’efficacité et la qualité des opérations afin d’atteindre les objectifs du plan de production.
• Appliquer les procédures opérationnelles (SOP) en vigueur.
• Effectuer les contrôles qualité nécessaires et s’assurer de la conformité des produits en cours de production.
• Travailler en coopération avec les autres services (Maintenance, Conditionnement, Qualité…).
• Assurer le maintien de l’ordre et du rangement sur votre poste de travail, incluant les standards 5S.
• Assurer le remplacement de collègues sur d’autres machines ou lignes en cas d’absence ou de congés.
• Participer aux échanges d’informations, aux retours terrain et à la mise en place d’actions d’amélioration continue.
• Suivre les formations nécessaires au poste.
• Réaliser toute autre mission confiée par la hiérarchie. Qualifications

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
•

Formation:
Niveau équivalent Bac ou formation générale validée.
• Compétences fondamentales : lecture, écriture et calcul maîtrisés.
•

Expérience:
première expérience en environnement industriel ou opérations de production ; bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe.
• Compétences techniques : savoir lire et appliquer une fiche de fabrication ; aptitude à manipuler des charges (sacs jusqu’à 25 kg, de manière répétée).
