About the Role
Own and scale Meta user acquisition for an early-stage SaaS business, supporting a strategic shift toward small and mid-sized business customers. You will work across performance marketing, creative, product, and measurement to build a fast-learning growth engine.
What You'll Do
• Own Meta budget allocation and campaign strategy, managing seven-figure monthly spend against ROAS and LTV:CAC targets.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify creative patterns and provide structured, data-backed briefs to the creative team.
• Run high-velocity tests across audiences, creatives, campaign structures, and customer segments.
• Connect channel results to unit economics and incrementality, partnering on attribution and measurement to guide spend decisions.
• Build tools and automations, including with AI-native platforms, to make user acquisition workflows faster and more autonomous. What We're Looking For
• At least 4 years of performance marketing experience, including management of substantial monthly Meta budgets against LTV:CAC targets.
• Strong knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, with the ability to connect channel decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with creative teams, developing data-backed hypotheses, and maintaining structured feedback loops.
• Experience building tools or automating workflows with code or AI-native platforms, and running frequent, structured tests.
• SMB, product-led growth, or SaaS marketing experience is useful. Compensation & Benefits Base
