- LAUZE, 13010, FranceAperçu du poste Dans le cadre de votre alternance, vous rejoindrez l’équipe afin de contribuer à la gestion administrative d’un portefeuille commercial et au bon suivi de la relation client. Vous interviendrez sur différentes étapes du processus commercial, de l’établissement des devis au closing, tout en assurant plusieurs activités administratives essentielles au quotidien. Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez
• Assurer la gestion administrative d’un portefeuille commercial et le suivi des dossiers clients
• Établir et assurer le suivi des devis commerciaux
• Participer à la gestion de la relation client et répondre aux demandes administratives
• Contribuer à la préparation et au suivi des dossiers de closing
• Participer au suivi des règlements et apporter votre aide aux actions de recouvrement
• Assurer la gestion administrative des contrôles d’accès
• Prendre en charge les commandes, la programmation et l’envoi des dispositifs d’accès
• Veiller à la bonne tenue et à la mise à jour des informations et documents liés à votre activité Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir
• Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac +2 à Bac +3 dans le domaine de la gestion, de la comptabilité, du commerce ou équivalent
• Vous recherchez une alternance d’une durée de 1 à 2 ans, selon votre cursus
• Vous êtes à l’aise avec les tâches administratives et appréciez la diversité des missions
• Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’organisation dans le suivi de vos dossiers
• Vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et appréciez les échanges avec les clients et les équipes internes
• Vous êtes réactif(ve), curieux(se) et volontaire
• Vous savez gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle et respecter les échéances
• Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques et informatiques Quels sont les avantages ?
