Location:
South Goa Resort Preference: Residents of Goa or candidates of Goan origin. Candidate Profile
• Graduate from a reputed Institute of Hotel Management (IHM).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) Services.
• Proven expertise in managing fine-dining restaurant operations and premium banquet functions.
• Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Focus on team performance, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for hospitality excellence and creating memorable dining and event experiences. Compensation
