What You'll Do
•⁠ ⁠Support technical and marketing projects for clients in France and worldwide, covering skincare, make-up, and cosmetic innovation. •⁠ ⁠Explore innovative ingredients, formulations, and emerging beauty trends, including hands-on days in the laboratory. •⁠ ⁠Create and update technical content, press materials, presentations, and communication tools. •⁠ ⁠Develop training programs and contribute to professional education projects. •⁠ ⁠Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client prospecting to identify new business opportunities. •⁠ ⁠Participate in international congresses, promotional events, and professional meetings, with opportunities to travel and discover different business cultures. •⁠ ⁠Contribute to digital communication, brand visibility, and marketing initiatives. Who We're Looking For •⁠ ⁠Passionate about cosmetics, beauty, and product innovation. •⁠ ⁠Creative, rigorous, punctual, and well-organized. •⁠ ⁠Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with Canva and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. •⁠ ⁠Interested in technical marketing, communication, and international business. •⁠ ⁠Ready to embrace new challenges and occasional travel.
