The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with a strong background in service and maintenance of medical/aesthetic devices. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ equipment operates at peak performance, providing both preventative maintenance and troubleshooting support.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation, calibration, servicing, and repairs of aesthetic/medical laser devices and related systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, software, and mechanical faults
• Collaborate with our service team and report directly to management on all device performance and client feedback
• Provide technical support and training to clients when needed
• Ensure compliance with Australian safety and industry standards Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Trade Quali cation in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with medical, laser, or electronic equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and calibration procedures
