SNF – Sales Executive

Ensemble HRG is a back-office support powerhouse. We take over the mission-critical operations that determine an operator’s survival: AR, AP, accounting, marketing, treasury and more. We were born out of Symphony Care Network, leveraging their 40-year legacy of operational excellence to build a “business-in-a-box” for the rest of the industry. Since 2022, we have proven the model by scaling from 7 to 40+ facilities, supporting 4,500 beds and $350M+ in revenue. We have doubled in size every year by handling the back office so owners can focus on care. We are looking for a Sales Specialist who doesn’t just “know” the industry, but has lived it. You are a peer to the owners and operators we serve. You will lead the charge in bringing in new multi-facility clients across skilled nursing and assisted living, positioning Ensemble as the number one partner for operators.
