Location:

ABOUT THE ROLE
WDHB designs and delivers experiential learning programs that help leaders and organizations navigate complex business challenges and turn insight into action. Our programs take leaders beyond traditional training, combining immersive experiences, meaningful conversations, and exposure to people, places, and ideas that shift how they think and lead. We are looking for a Learning & Transformation Designer to join our Paris team. This role spans the full learning lifecycle – shaping learning journeys and leading the detailed planning, curation, and delivery that brings them to life. Working closely with clients, colleagues, and external contributors, you will turn an ambitious learning vision into an experience that is thoughtful, relevant, and exceptionally well executed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Program Planning & Delivery
• Curate and connect: Research, identify and engage leading speakers, innovators, practitioners and thought leaders who bring each programme's vision to life.
• Drive experiences: Lead the sourcing, briefing and coordination of vendors (venues, transportation, activities, hospitality and more) to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences – and be on the ground during programmes to make sure they land.
• Own the plan: Build and manage programme timelines and budgets, keeping every moving part on track from kick-off to delivery.
• Build the ecosystem: Develop and nurture strong regional relationships with speakers, experts, suppliers and clients to strengthen WDHB's network across France and Europe.
• Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues and partners across time zones to design and deliver programmes that challenge, inspire and deliver results. Learning Design & Client Advisory
• Shape the brief: Partner with clients to clarify needs, define learning objectives and translate them into tailored programme designs.
• Curate learning journeys: Design high-quality, immersive learning journeys grounded in adult learning theory and aligned to business priorities. Business Development & Client Partnership
• Manage client programs: Serve as the key point of contact for clients from kick-off to delivery, building trust, clarity and impact throughout.
• Grow relationships: Identify and contribute to opportunities within existing client relationships to deepen engagement and generate follow-on work.
• Support proposals: Contribute to proposal development and other activities that strengthen long-term partnerships. WHO YOU ARE This role requires strong operational discipline and attention to detail. You are comfortable translating a program vision into curated speakers and organizations, coordinated logistics, and a seamless participant experience. WHAT YOU'LL LIKELY BRING
• 2-4 years of professional experience in program or event management, consulting, learning and development or other roles that involve coordinating complex projects and delivering high-quality experiences
• You communicate clearly, in writing and in meetings. You know when to escalate, when to problem-solve independently, and how to represent yourself professionally in front of clients and partners.
• You're highly organised, detail-focused and able to keep timelines, logistics and communications moving forward – even when working across time zones or with incomplete information. You don't wait for direction when something needs solving; you step in, clarify and move it ahead.
• You're comfortable in client-facing settings and eager to deepen your relationship management skills – building credibility through clarity, warmth and follow-through, and serving as a trusted point person for speakers, vendors, experts and participants.
• You're curious about business, leadership and the world, and you naturally pick up context about industries, trends and people. You're energised by learning on the job and continuously getting better at your craft.
• You're tech-savvy: confident with Google Workspace and comfortable experimenting with AI tools and new platforms.
• You're fluent in French and English, spoken and written – you'll use both every day with clients, speakers, suppliers and colleagues.
• You're ready to travel: typically 5–10 programs a year (typically 3–10 days per trip), plus occasional evening calls with colleagues in North America
