Paris, France Workplace Type: On-site | Full-time Global Infrastructure Projects Mandarin Chinese & English Required TITANICOM is hiring experienced Facility Experts to support mission-critical infrastructure operations across large-scale international projects in Paris, France. We are looking for professionals with backgrounds in:
• Data Centers / IDC
• Semiconductor / Chip Manufacturing
• Precision Manufacturing
• Pharmaceutical / Laboratory Facilities
• Battery Manufacturing
• Critical Industrial Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure environments.
• Support power, HVAC, low-voltage, and facility systems lifecycle management.
• Handle incident response, fault recovery, root cause analysis (RCA), and risk assessment.
• Develop, implement, and optimize SOP / EOP / MOP operational procedures.
• Lead emergency management and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and change management.
• Drive operational stability, compliance, safety, and efficiency improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across regions.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Facility / Critical Infrastructure / IDC operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, cooling infrastructure, low-voltage systems, or facility management.
• Experience in mission-critical environments preferred.
• Familiarity with incident management, risk control, and emergency response.
• Team management and project coordination experience.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.
• French language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking technical teams and international stakeholders.
• Able to support on-site emergency response when incidents occur.
