Job Description
This post is to be filled with effect from 2 January 2027, on a permanent contract. 🎯 Role overview: As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role within the Hub sales team, combining individual commercial responsibility with team management, coaching and operational leadership. You will remain directly responsible for your own sales performance and revenue target, while managing and developing a group of Sales profiles. Your role is to create a leverage effect on the wider sales organisation: improving individual performance, increasing team autonomy, strengthening execution and ensuring that processes are consistently applied. You will work closely with the Deputy Head of Sales Hub, acting as a key operational relay for day-to-day performance management while maintaining the ability to make decisions and solve issues autonomously. The role is particularly focused on developing different sales profiles towards greater autonomy, strengthening sales execution and supporting the integration of B2B and B2C ways of working. ✨
Key responsibilities
Drive Individual Sales Performance
• Own and deliver your individual NC2 sales target, managing your pipeline and portfolio.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Maintain high commercial standards and act as a role model for the wider team.
• Balance individual revenue generation with management, coaching and leadership responsibilities. Coach, manage and develop the Sales team
• Manage, develop and train Sales profiles across different levels of seniority, setting clear objectives, priorities and expectations while monitoring key KPIs.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and coaching sessions, providing tailored development plans and actionable feedback.
• Identify skill and knowledge gaps and deliver targeted, seasonal and destination-specific training, while supporting onboarding and ramp-up.
• Drive greater autonomy, accountability and performance, supporting underperformers, developing high performers and sharing best practices across the team. Support B2B × B2C merge & Operational Excellence
• Own and continuously improve Sales processes, tools and ways of working, ensuring consistent and efficient execution across the team.
• Play a key role in the B2B × B2C merge, supporting the integration of teams, processes, tools and commercial practices.
• Help B2B Sales transition to B2C and the other way around, by providing training, coaching and support on methodologies, tools and commercial standards.
• Identify operational and integration gaps, implement solutions and act as a key point of reference to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Team Leadership & Alignment
• Set clear priorities, expectations and operating rhythms to ensure strong team execution.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and collective performance, while maintaining healthy team dynamics.
• Lead the team through business changes and increased targets, creating alignment and maintaining engagement.
• Act as a role model, combining strong individual performance with ownership, reliability and leadership. Partner with the Head of Sales Hub
• Act as a key operational partner and relay to the Deputy Head of Sales Hub, taking ownership of day-to-day team management and execution.
• Provide data-driven performance insights, recommendations and proactive risk identification, rather than simply reporting issues.
• Support broader Sales priorities and strategic projects, escalating when senior leadership input is required. Qualifications Education & experience
• Has a strong track record in sales performance, with a proven ability to deliver results.
• Combines commercial drive, leadership and strong people skills, with the ability to coach and develop different profiles.
• Has an excellent understanding of Sales processes, tools and ways of working, and can translate this expertise into clear, practical and effective training.
• Bilingual in both french and english. Mindset & Soft Skills
• Is comfortable managing change, difficult conversations and performance situations with clarity and accountability.
• Has strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and naturally acts as a multiplier for the team rather than only as an individual performer.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results-oriented environment.
• Is highly organised, autonomous and able to analyse performance, prioritise and turn insights into concrete actions. Additional Information ⚙️ Recruitment Process
• HR Interview
• Role-specific interview with Maureen, the hiring manager (Deputy Head of Sales)
• Business Case sent to the candidate
• Business Case presentation with Maureen and Julien (Director of Sales)
• Reference Checks Perks:
• 🏡 2 days of remote work per week
• 🏋️ EGYM Wellpass France membership
• ✨ HappyPal membership, offering discounts on cultural activities and leisure
• 🍽️ €10 in meal vouchers per working day
• 🚌 50% reimbursement of public transport costs
• 🐼 Alan health insurance, with 58% of the premium covered by the employer
