What you'll do
• Plan, create and publish Reels, carousels and Stories
• Shoot and edit content with Julie in Milan
• Write captions in English (and French, if you can)
• Manage comments, DMs and our comment-to-DM funnels
• Spot trends early and turn them into ideas
• Track results and adjust
• Support launches: challenges, live classes, retreats, brand partnerships
• Who you are
• Fluent in English. French is a real plus
• Based in Milan, available for in-person shoots
• Creative, with a sharp eye for visuals and video
• Independent: you take a brief and run with it
• Goal-oriented: reach, engagement and conversions, not just likes
• Always on top of trends and formats
• You love fitness, and you move yourself
• Organized and reliable with deadlines
• Bonus
• Experience in fitness, wellness, beauty or fashion
• Accounts you've grown The practical

• Hybrid: remote, with in-person shoots in Milan once or twice a month
