- France Position Overview The Solution Architect serves as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, leveraging deep industry and technical expertise to understand clients' business challenges and design tailored security solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Working closely with our Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Advisory, Service Delivery, and Go-to-Market teams, the Solution Architect plays a critical pre-sales role in acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-value cybersecurity consulting and managed security services. This position combines technical expertise, consultative selling, solution design, and executive-level communication to help organizations strengthen their security posture across cloud, endpoint, network, application, OT, and emerging AI security domains. Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle to identify opportunities and position MDR, managed security, and cybersecurity consulting services.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives, assess security challenges, and develop tailored technical and business solutions.
• Lead the pre-sales process, including discovery, scoping, solution design, pricing, proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations.
• Develop clear, compelling, and high-quality client-facing proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with MDR, Advisory, Service Delivery, Legal, Sales Operations, and technology partners to create solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Present cybersecurity strategies, managed security capabilities, and consulting services to technical stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers.
• Maintain expertise across cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and emerging areas such as AI security, while leveraging modern tools to improve research, proposal development, and customer engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity supporting managed security services, SOCaaS, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, Security Assessments, Penetration Testing, or Governance/Risk/Compliance engagements in a consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering capacity.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains including MDR, SIEM, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Application Security, Network Security, AI Security and OT security.
• Demonstrated experience designing and presenting complex security solutions that address business and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment supporting multiple sales and business stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in written and verbal French and English. Languages:
• French: native speaker (mandatory)
• English: fluent (mandatory)
• Any other European language is a plus
