• Elvire as Founder associate who takes care about sales, ops and strategy We plan to be around ~10 people in the tech team by the end of the year. What You’ll Do Build products with tangible real-world impact, in a very early-stage startup, which means taking real ownership on product decisions.
• Product Design: Translate business workflows into technical solutions and prioritize pragmatically to quickly ship value to our users.
• Architecture Design: Evolve existing services effectively while maintaining a sharp focus on performance and maintainability.
• Ensure robust database design and evolution.
• Implement smooth UX flows while maintaining our design system’s consistency.
