We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive the development of TAG Heuer across Eastern and Southern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth, strengthening relationships with retail partners, and ensuring strong brand visibility across markets with diverse levels of maturity and complexity.
Through a proactive and hands-on approach, you will contribute to the day-to-day commercial management of the region while promoting brand excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable sales performance.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the local General Manager, your responsibilities for Eastern & Southern Europe will include:
• Implement and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve Sell In, Sell Out, market share, and profitability targets across Eastern and Southern Europe.
• Develop TAG Heuer brand visibility in points of sales and share of voice across all covered markets and points of sale.
• Review and optimize the distribution network by identifying opportunities for point-of-sale openings, closures, and account development.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out figures, implementing targeted commercial action plans, incentive programs, and stock optimization strategies to maximize turnover.
• Manage all administrative aspects of customer accounts, including assortment management, order follow-up, buybacks, and overdue payment follow-up.
• Ensure full compliance with TAG Heuer’s visual merchandising guidelines, brand positioning, and product presentation standards across the region.
• Observe and report on competitive activity, market trends, and economic factors impacting the region, sharing actionable feedback internally
• In collaboration with the Marketing team, identify and propose ideas for events, window/shop animations or advertising to promote the brand awareness and drive consumers to the POS.
• Deliver regular product and brand training in-store to enhance sales staff knowledge, engagement, and performance. Profile You are graduated from a Business School or equivalent You have 5 to 7 years of proven sales management experience within the luxury goods sector
- ideally in watchmaking or jewelry. Self-starter, you are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment You are energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented thanks to strong organizational skills Customer focused, open-minded and adaptable, you are also known for your excellent interpersonal and communication skills You show high level of collaboration and use your influence to become a recognized leader. You are ideally already familiar with the managed area and know all or part of the zone You are fluent in English, French would be a plus You are willing to travel up to 50 % of your time.
