(Internal Satisfaction Survey – June 2026) A Day in the Life You will support strategic IT transformation and governance initiatives within our Group CIO Office, working across business units and our global community of 2,000 tech experts representing 80 nationalities.
• Assist in mapping AS-IS and TO-BE business processes to drive digital, data, and IT efficiency.
• Contribute to executive-level reporting by building KPI dashboards and strategic presentations for leadership teams.
• Support project tracking, timeline management, and milestone reviews across diverse multi-stakeholder roadmaps.
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams, bridging technical product squads and business partners in an agile environment.
• Participate in exploring applied AI use cases to optimize internal IT governance and operational workflows. We Are Looking For You bring strong analytical rigour, structured communication, and a practical interest in enterprise technology. You bring:
• Project Management: Hands-on experience coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, or organizing initiatives through student consultancies, associations, or case competitions.
• Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to structure complex information, design AS-IS/TO-BE workflows, and build clear reporting models using Excel.
• Executive Presentation: Strong capability to synthesize insights and communicate clearly through structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Agile & IT Literacy: Familiarity with product ownership concepts, agile practices, or curiosity about how enterprise IT creates business impact.
• Communication: Fluent professional working proficiency in both English and French to interact with international teams and local partners. What's In It For You
