Key Responsibilities
• Support the design, implementation, and operation of data center infrastructure.
• Manage capacity planning for power, cooling, and rack space.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, and infrastructure works.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal technical teams.
• Contribute to data center projects, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous improvement. Required Skills &
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, cooling, and critical facility operations.
• Knowledge of data center monitoring, redundancy, preventive maintenance, and safety practices.
• Experience with technical documentation, troubleshooting, and contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with rack infrastructure, cabling, and capacity planning.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-secondary education (bachelor's degree or equivalent). Nice to Have:
• Experience with Cisco, Dell, HP, IBM, NetApp, EMC, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with data center standards and best practices. Languages:
• English: C1 (required)
