About the Role
Working closely with the Design and Merchandising teams in Paris and the Product Development team in Italy and in direct contact with the Shoes Collection Manager, the intern will support the day-to-day coordination of the collection development process. This role offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration, sample management, merchandising support and show preparation in a fast-paced luxury environment Main

responsibilities:
• Support communication between the Design team in Paris and the Product Development team in Italy.
• Help ensure smooth information flow with Merchandising and other internal stakeholders.
• Help organize supplier meetings for the Design team in Paris.
• Coordinate logistics for internal design reviews and meetings.
• Assist in tracking development calendars and key milestones in close collaboration with the teams.
• Help coordinate meetings related to collection development and reviews.
• Support follow-up on action points to ensure deadlines are met.
• Track daily the incoming and outgoing samples, prototypes, materials, and trims.
• Help ensure accurate physical organization and monitoring of samples to avoid loss or delays.
• Prepare samples for fittings, looks, internal reviews, and collection milestones.
• Assist with archive sample retrieval for development references and meetings. Profile:
• Currently studying Fashion, Product Development, Production or a related field (an internship agreement from your current school is mandatory).
• Strong interest in footwear, product development, craftsmanship and the luxury industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.
• Proactive, rigorous and comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Fluent English; French and/or Italian would be a plus.
