Description du poste
Stepan Europe est à la recherche d’un(e) opérateur de production 5*8 H/F pour renforcer ses équipes. Le poste est basé à Voreppe (38) pour une durée indéterminée. Rattaché(e) au Chef d’atelier, vous assurez la fabrication des produits dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement. Vous participez aux opérations de production, d’approvisionnement en matières premières, de prélèvements d’échantillons et de conditionnement des produits finis. Vous réalisez également les manutentions à l’aide de chariots élévateurs, gérez les zones de stockage et contribuez au maintien de l’organisation et de la propreté des installations. Profil du candidat
• Un diplôme dans la chimie est souhaité (CAP, BEP, BAC PRO CAIC procédés de la chimie, CQP de l’industrie chimique) ainsi qu’une première expérience d’opérateur de fabrication dans l’industrie chimique ;
• Permis CACES cat. 3 souhaité ;
• Habilitation électrique / SST si possible ;
• Esprit d’équipe, faculté d’adaptation, rigueur, polyvalence, être force de proposition.
• Bonne utilisation des outils informatiques (Word, Excel) et la connaissance de SAP (consultation des plannings, suivi des stocks, consultation des fiches instructions) est demandée. Horaires de travail : travail en poste 5*8 (Poste matin : 5h – 13h / Après-midi : 13h – 21h / Nuit : 21h – 5h) selon planning défini à l’année.
