Senior Delivery Manager (IT) at BairesDev
As a Senior Delivery Manager (IT), you will lead the successful delivery of multiple large-scale technology projects through staff augmentation models, orchestrating complex software product developments via multi-disciplinary, highly skilled technical teams. You'll champion strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and ensuring superior standards of project delivery and team performance.
What You'll Do
Drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency by executing, delivering, and supporting strategic technology implementation plans. Lead comprehensive project planning and results monitoring while coaching, mentoring, and managing team members, ensuring adherence to company systems, policies, and procedures. Build staff retention through reliable and transparent communication; develop meaningful relationships with team members and identify growth opportunities. Analyze and optimize billable utilization strategically, manage capacity planning effectively, and forecast project profitability accurately. Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing client accounts; create and deliver exceptional value to all internal and external stakeholders. Develop information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes, identifying challenges, analyzing trends, and anticipating future requirements. Meet financial objectives through accurate forecasting, strategic expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and timely corrective action implementation. Maintain superior service quality by establishing and enforcing rigorous organizational standards. Contribute meaningfully to team success by delivering outstanding results as required. What We Are Looking For 7+ years of proven experience in engineering management roles. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional professional attitude and leadership presence. Strong client-oriented mindset and relationship management abilities. Advanced expertise in financial management and budget oversight. Expert-level multitasking capabilities with demonstrated results. Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation. Extensive people management experience, including Performance Improvement planning, Attrition Management, and employee lifecycle management. Deep technical expertise with comprehensive IT industry knowledge. Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks. Advanced level of English proficiency. Desirable Previous experience as a Software Engineer or technical contributor. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
