About The Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to the frontier of artificial intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical systems expertise in a new and impactful way — helping AI understand, reason about, and navigate the complex world of hospital IT environments, EHR workflows, and clinical operations.

What You'll Do
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital infrastructure
• Apply your technical expertise to assess the accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance of AI outputs in healthcare contexts
• Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated clinical systems content and suggest improvements
• Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models better understand EHRs, clinical applications, and healthcare operations
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are
• Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and performance optimization in clinical environments
• Comfortable translating between clinical workflows and technical system requirements
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering clear, structured written feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on remote, task-based projects Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability standards
