Want to manage high-visibility retail projects across our European network? We are looking for a dynamic, highly structured, and creative Visual Merchandising Project Leader to join our team.
With a core focus on leading end-to-end furniture update campaigns and POSM rollouts, this role bridges strategic product storytelling with seamless operational execution.
Designed for solution-oriented business or communication school graduates with 3+ years of experience, this is your opportunity to juggle multiple workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor an intern, and watch your creative visions come to life in stores across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
• Furniture Update Campaigns & POSM Rollout:
• End-to-End Furniture Campaigns: Own large-scale furniture update rollouts across the European network from scratch—mastering retroplannings, supplier briefings, production tracking, equipment shipping, and final in-store setup.
• POSM Design & Production: Lead graphic design declination, technical validation, and production of in-store comms to elevate retail presentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Deadlines: Partner closely with Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain. Keep timelines tight, track deliverables rigorously, and ensure internal and external partners stay aligned on strict deadlines.
• VM Guidelines, Planograms & Storytelling: Turn marketing strategies into impactful planograms and display guidelines adapted to diverse store formats while keeping our brand DNA intact.
• Budget & Quality Control: Manage campaign budgets, oversee equipment allocations, and ensure consistent execution quality across points of sale.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and guide an intern, supporting their day-to-day growth and integration into the team. Profile & Requirements
•
Education:
Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2 equivalent) from a business or communication school.
•
Experience:
3+ years in VM project management, retail operations, or logistics coordination. Prior mentoring experience is a major plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong organizational and logistical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under established deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; a team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
• Reliable, rigorous, and detail-oriented when following schedules, suppliers, and commitments.
• Strong working knowledge in MS Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Languages: Fluent in English with presentation skills. Why Join Us?
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Take responsibility for large-scale furniture update campaigns that shape our European retail spaces from planning to in-store execution.
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with passionate, cross-functional teams where communication, teamwork, and cross-departmental coordination are valued, and mentor junior talent.
• Professional Growth: Develop your project management expertise within a dynamic and structured retail environment.
