About The Role
We're looking for chemistry experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems tackling advanced scientific problems. Your deep domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex chemistry — making a real impact on the next generation of scientific AI. Whether you're currently pursuing your Master's or have already completed it, this is a rare opportunity to apply your expertise in a cutting-edge field while working entirely on your own schedule.

What You'll Do
• Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test and challenge AI performance across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise logic and scientific accuracy
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, depth of reasoning, and quality
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model performance Who You Are
• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• No prior AI experience required — we'll set you up for success Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research benchmark development
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
