A Day in the Life Reporting to the IT Sustainability Lead, you measure and reduce our global IT environmental footprint across our international community of 2,000 Tech experts representing 80 nationalities.
• Lead carbon accounting and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) across Tech infrastructure and digital solutions to track progress against our 'L’Oréal for the Future' commitments.
• Build, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards in Power BI across 5 recurring annual reporting cycles.
• Mobilise and coordinate our global network of Tech Sustainability Champions across divisions to drive operational adoption of sustainable practices.
• Monitor emerging Green Tech methodologies, environmental regulations, and trustworthy AI standards to guide responsible technology roadmaps. We Are Looking For You bring a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and strong analytical precision. You bring:
• Environmental Impact Analysis: Practical knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies, GHG protocols, or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
• Data Analytics & Visualisation: Ability to clean complex datasets, model metrics, and build operational Power BI dashboards.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication to coordinate cross-functional teams and actively engage an internal community.
• Continuous Learning & Tech Watch: Active interest in emerging Green Tech solutions, sustainable digital frameworks, and trustworthy AI.
