Why Cast AI?
Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.
The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.
Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.
Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.
Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.
About The Role
Cast AI's leaders have a lot to say about where cloud-native infrastructure and enterprise AI are heading. Your job is to make sure the industry hears it. Today our executives speak at around 10 events a year. With someone dedicated to it, that number could be 50. This is a 10x opportunity, and you'll be the person who unlocks it. You'll take executive communications from reactive to proactive, and from fragmented to consistent. That means building a distinct LinkedIn voice for each leader, running a speaking program that wins stages instead of chasing them, and turning every keynote into content that travels. We care about quality over vanity metrics. We don't want a million impressions. We want the right buyers reading a post from one of our leaders and reaching out to ask how Cast AI can help. Your work will show up directly in pipeline. You'll work hand in hand with serial entrepreneurs who have built and sold successful companies before, and executives who already know how to work with communications and will hand you the keys. Your value is in strategy, judgment, and execution: knowing which stage fits which story, and making every leader sound unmistakably like themselves. What'll You Own?
• Executive LinkedIn voice
- Build and own the LinkedIn strategy and content calendar for the leadership team, from daily posts to long-form articles, commentary, and reactions to industry news. Develop a distinct, recognizable voice and point of view for each executive, so every leader sounds like themselves and never like a press release.
• Executive profiles that earn trust
- Optimize leadership LinkedIn profiles so that every buyer, analyst, or journalist who looks them up sees a credible category leader.
• Speaking and stage presence
- Build and run Cast AI's executive speaking program end to end: event research and prioritization, CFP submissions, speaker bios and abstracts, talk development, and follow-up.
• Executive readiness
- Prepare leaders to perform, with narrative arcs, talking points, slide support, rehearsal, and Q&A prep.
• Content multiplication
- Turn every speaking moment into a content moment with posts, clips, recaps, and quotes that extend reach well beyond the room.
• Measurement and iteration
- Track what resonates (with engagement quality, not impressions, as the north star) and use those insights to refine tone, topics, and cadence.
• Media support
- Work alongside our PR lead and agencies to brief, prepare, and place executives in interviews, features, and commentary opportunities.
• AI-powered execution
- Use AI tools to draft, iterate, and scale posts, articles, op-eds, and commentary, then sharpen them until they carry real authority and personality.
• Corporate narrative
- Keep a coherent external voice across leadership, speaking, and partnership touchpoints, aligned with product launches, campaigns, and company milestones across all Cast AI products, including Kimchi.
• Partnership communications
- Support the communications side of partner announcements, co-marketing, and joint speaking opportunities, keeping everything consistent with Cast AI's brand voice. What'll You Need?
• Proven experience in corporate communications or executive communications, at a senior level
• A demonstrated track record of building and running executive thought leadership programs, with real results on LinkedIn (ideally examples of executive presences you've helped grow)
• A history of sourcing and winning speaking slots (CFPs, panels, podcasts, industry events) and coaching executives to deliver
• The ability to capture and adapt to multiple executive voices without losing authenticity
• Experience supporting large corporate or partner announcements
• Confidence working with senior, opinionated leaders: you set boundaries, push back, prioritize, and don't take strong opinions personally
• Strategic, critical thinking, with the resourcefulness to create opportunities when they don't exist (if the door is closed, you find a window)
• Fluency with AI tools for content creation, with good judgment about where the human voice matters most
• Highly organized and calm under pressure, comfortable managing multiple What Makes You Stand Out?
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or cloud and AI infrastructure
