responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis
• Gather client requirements via meetings or during on-site workshops
• Create client business requirements documents
• Configure client environments in the company’s platform
• Perform client data transformation and upload to the company’s platform
• Perform complex analysis and design to meet business requirements
• Resolve complex issues relating to business requirements and objectives Client Support
• Answer client support emails in a timely and professional manner
• Create tickets for client support issues using the company’s issue-tracking system
• Follow up with the development team on client support tickets End-User Training
• Create training plans based on the client’s requirements
• Train clients on the use of software via MS Teams and during on-site workshops Product Development
• Create functional specifications for new development
• Create tickets in the company’s issue-tracking system for system enhancements and bugs
• Review tickets in the company’s issue tracking system for completeness and appropriateness
• Create Business Test Cases The role requires travel to client locations as needed. Required

Skills:
• Experience in Trade Finance (non-negotiable)
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Team player, proactive, responsible, exemplary
