DADOV Paris is an emerging fashion brand founded in February 2026 and preparing for the official launch in Paris on September 30th. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Fashion Designer who is excited by the idea of joining a company at its earliest stage and actively contributing to the development of its identity, products, and future growth. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive and entrepreneurial, as you will work closely with the founder, having the opportunity to have an impact on product development processes from day one.

Responsibilities:
• Translate concepts and inspiration into tech packs and 3D renders, carrying ideas from concept through to finished product.
• Design across multiple product categories, with primary focus on Women’s Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
• Create patterns and support product development processes.
• Prepare technical packs and technical documentation for suppliers.
• Contribute to fabric, trims, and material research.
• Support the evolution of the brand's overall creative direction and product strategy.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent paths.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D designing (mandatory).
• Experience designing collections across multiple product categories, particularly RTW.
• Ability to create patterns for product development.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and product development processes.
• Experience preparing technical packs and managing sample development.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent English required, French is a plus.
