About Chain of Events
We build the events where the people shaping technology actually meet. Chain of Events runs three of them, all in Paris, all within the same week:
• RAISE Summit is the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions — over 80% of them C-level, from 76 countries — with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty, and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun, and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq). The week extends well beyond the main stage: the Versailles AI Gala at the Orangerie of the Château de Versailles, the RAISE Hackathon, and RAISE the STAKES, the startup competition that drew 1,100+ applications in 2026.
• MACHINA Summit is Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI — intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems, and next generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik, and Agility Robotics. It is the fastest moving brand in the portfolio and the one with the most white space ahead of it.
• Signal Week is the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, with roughly 70% holding C-suite positions. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.
P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis is that TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails. In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH, and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they will converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week Across the portfolio, our executive programmes are the highest-value component we run — and the one with the most room to grow.
About the role
You will own our CxO Summits end to end, across three events:
• RAISE CTO/CIO Summit
· CISO Summit
· CMO Summit
• MACHINA CxO Summit
• Signal Week CFO Summit This is not a coordination role. You are accountable for who is in the room, what happens in it, and whether those executives come back the following year. What you are inheriting The RAISE CxO Summit is not a concept to be invented. It ran in 2026 and it worked. You would be taking over a proven format and scaling it across three events. The 2026 edition in numbers:
• 822 CEOs in attendance
• 1,345 CxOs across sectors
• 168 Fortune 500 companies represented
• 1,500+ C-levels and founders
• 11 days from first contact to first deal The partnership model is already proven. QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey joined the 2026 CxO Summit as Knowledge Partner, bringing both editorial depth and executive relationships. Replicating and multiplying that kind of partnership — across consultancies, banks, industry bodies and executive networks — is the core of this role. The format. Private invitation only. Positioned as intimacy at scale: a high-signal, low-noise environment built around peer exchange rather than broadcast. The 2026 agenda ran on five strategic themes — value realisation and capital allocation, data and scaling, agentic AI and autonomy, global risk and regulation, and sector-specific roadmaps. Participants received access to RAISE House, the executive lounges, and the full main summit. What comes next is the hard part. In 2027 the model has to extend from one executive track to five, across three events and three industries, in a single week. That build is yours. What you will do
• Build the partnerships that fill the room. Executive audiences are not acquired through marketing — they are convened. You will design and close partnerships with the organisations that hold those relationships: strategy consultancies (McKinsey, BCG, Bain and equivalents bringing their client portfolios), investment firms, corporate partners, executive networks, industry associations and peer communities. You will identify the right partner archetypes for each track, structure the value exchange, and negotiate the terms.
• Own the attendee journey. From first contact to post-event follow-up: qualification, invitation, onboarding, briefing, on
- site experience. Every CxO who attends should feel the programme was built for them specifically.
• Design the format from a blank page. Duration, room configuration, session mix, the ratio of speaking to peer exchange, Chatham House rules where relevant. You decide what a CISO Summit should feel like versus a CMO Summit, and why.
• Build the content. Define the editorial angle for each track. Source and secure speakers. Structure keynotes, panels and closed
- door roundtables. Write the briefs, prepare the moderators, and make sure no session is generic. Our standard: an executive should not be able to get this conversation anywhere else.
• Manage the team. You will lead a team of interns handling operational deployment — speaker onboarding, agenda management, logistics, on-site execution. You set the priorities, review the work, and are responsible for the output. Required Skills & Experience
• 2–3 years in strategy consulting (MBB, Tier-1, Big 4 strategy or a strong boutique), or an equivalent path combining structured problem-solving with client-facing seniority.
• Comfortable holding a substantive conversation with a Fortune 500 CTO, CISO or CFO — and being taken seriously.
• Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI, robotics, cybersecurity and financial infrastructure. You do not need to be a technologist; you do need to be able to build a credible agenda on these topics and know a shallow panel when you see one.
• Able to run several workstreams across three events on fixed, non-negotiable dates
• First management experience appreciated, not required — but the appetite for it is.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
• Willing to work in an events cycle: intense build-up phases, then execution weeks that demand everything. Why this role
• Full ownership of a P&L-relevant product line from day one, not a slice of someone else's project.
• Direct access to the founding team and, through Hyve, to an international events platform.
• A network you build in the room: the executives, partners and speakers you convene are yours.
• Three events, three audiences, three formats — the learning curve is steep by design.
What we offer
• Full access to a premium AI toolset, with the budget to keep adding to it
• Lunch vouchers and 100% imaginR reimbursement, 65% health insurance coverage
• A diverse, multicultural team and real, visible impact on the work To apply Send your CV and a short note. Tell us about one executive event, conference session or roundtable you have attended that was genuinely worth the time — and what made it work. We are built on diversity and driven by inclusion. Whoever you are, wherever you come from, bring your unique voice to our team
