Operations Director Mama Shelter

We're hiring | Director of Operations – Mama Shelter Great hotel performance starts with strong leadership, operational excellence and effective teamwork. At KNSA Hospitality, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Director of Operations to oversee our Mama Shelter portfolio across France and Switzerland. You will play a key role in supporting our General Managers, driving business performance and ensuring our hotels have the resources, guidance and support they need to succeed. Your key priorities:
• Operational Support & Excellence : Act as a trusted partner to our General Managers. Stay close to hotel operations, understand their challenges, provide practical solutions and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Financial Performance : Take ownership of operational and financial results. Challenge performance, identify opportunities and implement concrete action plans to improve profitability and deliver sustainable results.
• People Leadership : Lead, coach and develop our General Managers. Build strong and accountable leadership teams, nurture talent and foster a culture of engagement, collaboration and high performance.
• One Team – Hotels & Headquarters : Build strong partnerships with our Finance, HR, Sales, Revenue Management and Project teams. Promote a collaborative approach, ensuring that HQ expertise translates into effective, practical support for our hotels. Who are we looking for?
