About The Department Franklin Templeton’s Paris office is the hub of our business activities in France. The Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, supporting senior leaders, coordinating key administrative activities, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role offers broad exposure to multiple business functions and the opportunity to contribute to important local and international initiatives. How You Will Add Value Core Responsibilities
• Support senior leaders with diary management and scheduling.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Organise meetings, appointments, and office events.
• Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports.
• Coordinate suppliers and office service providers.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment availability. Team & Collaboration
• Act as a local contact for Human Resources (HR).
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Help employees access information and support. What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role Experience, Education & Certifications
• Administrative, executive secretarial, or communications qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in office administration.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment. Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to develop understanding of Franklin Templeton’s business and objectives. Soft Skills
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
