Terumo Neuro is looking for a Junior Clinical Education Specialist, EMEA to join our PACE (Professional Affairs & Clinical Education) team and help shape the future of clinical education across the region. In this role, you will train healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams on our cutting-edge neurovascular technologies, travelling across EMEA to deliver hands-on, high-impact training that empowers clinicians and drives excellence in patient outcomes. What You will Do
• Deliver Clinical Education programs on Terumo Neuro technologies across EMEA
• Train Terumo Neuro personnel and distributors on our technologies
• Train physicians and other healthcare professionals on Terumo Neuro technology
• Partner with Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify training needs, design programs, organize trainings, and report on results
• Organize and manage training materials, including shipments, logistics, storage, and simulator maintenance
• Support trade shows, congresses, and local or third-party events
• Maintain a high level of clinical and technical expertise
• Provide case support when needed
• Take part in regular group and individual meetings to strengthen skills and stay current on new products and technology
• Ensure compliance with local laws relating to tenders/contracts, vigilance reporting, and interactions with Healthcare Professionals What You Bring
• Knowledge of neurovascular anatomy and neurointerventional techniques
• Ability to clearly articulate product use, concepts, and outcomes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and clinical teams, as well as work autonomously
• Comfort interfacing with physicians and hospital staff
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Confidence presenting to members of the business community and Healthcare Professionals
• Strong English language skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual communication tools Nice to Have
• Prior experience calling on Interventional Neuroradiology or another interventional field
