Join our FP&A Solutions team as Senior Finance Project Manager to design and scale innovative performance management solutions on COMPASS, empowering over 3,000 finance controllers worldwide. Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:
• Own Solution Design & Modeling on COMPASS: Act as functional architect by conceptualizing robust, scalable multidimensional models on our global EPM platform, translating complex controlling needs into high-performing solutions alongside IT leads.
• Drive Business Intimacy & Financial Integration: Facilitate interactive design workshops with Corporate, Zone, and Local controllers to capture requirements and streamline core finance processes directly into the application.
• Lead Strategic Transformations & Agile Delivery: Drive implementation of major strategic projects, like IFRS 18, steering end-to-end agile delivery: managing backlogs, defining test strategies and executing testing phases, securing business approvals and ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption across the Group.
• Champion Innovation: Explore and prototype cutting-edge opportunities around COMPASS, including Agentic AI, advanced forecasting models, and fast-moving cloud analytics. The skills that you will need to make an impact:
• 5+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or EPM projects with strong functional ownership, demonstrated track record in Agile coordination, workshop facilitation, test strategy definition and execution.
• Proven expertise in Multidimensional Data Modeling & Solution Design on EPM platforms (IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 is an asset, Anaplan or SAP Analytics Cloud welcome).
• Strong Controlling acumen with in-depth knowledge of core financial cycles (budget, trend, closing).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international matrix environment.
