• Legal research and drafting of memos in English/French
• Third party due diligence
• Industry benchmarking
• Preparation of monitoring reports
• Other ad hoc assignments, as may be requested from time to time Qualifications
• Minimum academic requirement: Master 1 in Law
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
• Proficiency with Office suite
