🟣 Marble
The only AI-first, open-source compliance platform for banks and FinTechs.
Our platform lets compliance officers inspect and own the rules protecting their business. It's an ethical choice: no black box, just tech used for good in the fight against financial crime.
In practice: when a fraud team spots a new pattern, they write or adjust the detection rule themselves and push it live, without waiting on a vendor.

· Open-source code on GitHub
• Founded in 2023 by Arnaud and Pascal, out of the Hexa studio.
• Just raised a €6.5M Series A.
• Trusted by more than 50 banks and FinTechs worldwide.
• An international team. 🟣 The role 💰 50k-70k€ + Equity You'll build the complex UX our customers rely on every day to fight financial crime. 👀 Have a look at the code you'll be working on: marble-frontend
• You'll join the Product & Engineering team (8 people, with up to 35 years of experience), reporting to Pascal (CTO).
• Our engineers are specialists, not full stack: you'll focus on the frontend, and you're encouraged to contribute beyond it. Today, 2 engineers focus on the frontend and no one owns the design system yet (we reworked it in June), so there's real room to take ownership.
• Our challenge: making a powerful, complex product simple to use, for people who are more or less technical. We give our customers the power to configure and express their own risk needs, rather than a fixed catalog of rules.
• Our frontend isn't a thin layer of HTML. Compliance teams use it to configure rules, investigate cases and review large volumes of data. Making all of that work smoothly is the job.
What you'll do
• Ship new features on our dashboard (TanStack Start with Bun, React and Tailwind, with Radix as the base of our design system): components with real state and logic, multi-step flows, complex forms.
• Keep the app fast and usable as data volumes grow.
• Work closely with the backend team to make sure our APIs serve the frontend well.
• Own your quality: you write tests, fix bugs, and care about how the product feels to use.
• Grow fast: our core team is very senior, and we want to grow the senior engineers of tomorrow. You'll be mentored by them and get exposure to the whole stack. What's on the frontend roadmap for 2027:
• Redesign the navigation, with lighter pages, more breathing room and tabs.
• Simplify the rule builder, so non-technical users can own it.
• Guide users step by step, instead of relying on contextual errors.
• Build the enterprise features our bank customers expect: role-based access, audit trails, four-eyes reviews. 🟣 You
• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, non-negotiable.
• 2-6 years of experience building web applications. We're also open to graduates from strong engineering schools and to career changers.
• Real technical understanding, not just assembling React components: you're curious about how and why things work.
• Experience working on frontends with real complexity (state, logic, performance, large datasets) is a strong plus, and the more experience you have, the more we'll expect it. We care more about making complex UX work than about pixel-perfect consumer UI.
• You want to learn, challenge yourself and grow, not just repeat what you already know.
• Ownership, fresh ideas and energy: you don't wait to be told what to build.
• A strong UX/UI focus, and the will to be a real partner to our designer.
• A pragmatic relationship with AI: you can code without it and use it deliberately to move faster. 🟣 Perks & Benefits
• 💰 50k-70k€, depending on experience
• 💰 Equity
• 🎉 Monthly allowance for sports, restaurants, culture and office equipment, with Marble contributing 50% 🟣 Process
• Discovery call with Mathilde (45'), remote.
• Deep-dive interview with Pascal, CTO (50'), remote.
• Culture fit with Arnaud, CEO (30'), remote.
• Technical interview with Christopher, Frontend Engineer (3h), onsite, followed by a discussion with the team.
• Reference check (at least two former managers).
