This role requires a strong sense of styling, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to transform creative ideas into compelling, realistic and production-oriented product designs. We are looking for a designer who combines creativity with a strong understanding of form, proportion, surfaces and product identity, and who is comfortable working in close collaboration with engineering and product development teams.

• Develop selected concepts into detailed 3D product designs using professional modelling and design tools.
• Refine surfaces, shapes and design features while taking into account technical and manufacturing constraints.
• Work closely with engineering, R&D, product development and manufacturing teams throughout the development process.
• Participate in design reviews and present concepts clearly to internal stakeholders.

• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong ability to communicate design ideas through 2D sketching, both hand-drawn and digital.
• Proven experience developing product concepts using 3D design and modelling tools.
• Strong understanding of product styling, form, proportion, surfaces and visual balance.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into realistic and manufacturable products.
• Strong visual sensitivity and a high level of attention to detail.
• Good understanding of the complete industrial design process, from initial concept through development.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and international team.
• A strong professional portfolio demonstrating relevant projects and design process. Preferred Qualifications
• 5 Years experience in a similar position

• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, transportation design, protective equipment, sporting goods or other technically demanding consumer products.
• A modern, contemporary and fashion-conscious approach to styling.
• Strong awareness of current design, lifestyle and mobility trends.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, tooling or manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to helmets, protective equipment or technical products.
• Experience with surface modelling and advanced 3D development would be an advantage. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a creative and technically aware designer who is equally comfortable developing a strong visual concept and refining it into a realistic product. You should have a distinctive design sensitivity, a strong understanding of contemporary styling, and the ability to create products that are both visually desirable and functionally relevant. For this senior-level position, we are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate ownership of projects across several stages of the design process and who have experience contributing to products that reached production. Portfolio A portfolio will be required as part of the application process. The portfolio should ideally demonstrate:
• Concept sketching and ideation
• Form and proportion development
• 3D modelling and surface development
• Design refinement and detailing
• Prototype or development stages
• Final production products, where applicable Applications should clearly indicate the candidate's personal contribution to each project.
What We Offer
• The opportunity to work on internationally distributed motorcycle products.
• A creative role with a direct impact on future helmet design and brand identity.
• Collaboration with experienced design, engineering and product development teams.
• The opportunity to work on products combining design, performance, safety and innovation.
• An international working environment within the motorcycle industry. Experience Level 5 Years Relevant professional experience in industrial, transportation or product design is required.
