Toulouse
• Full-time
• Founder's Associate
• Aviation Operations You'll run everything that isn't the code. Sparengine turns tens of thousands of scanned aircraft records into a verified maintenance history. Teardown, pre-purchase inspection, lease return. One founder. A small engineering team. Licensed aircraft engineers validating the output. More aircraft arriving than hands to handle them. The product is built by engineers. The company is built by whoever keeps it moving. That second job is open. The job No two weeks look the same. The constant: things get done without being chased.
• Client dossiers. An aircraft lands in the inbox. You scope it, keep the engineers fed, and get the deliverable out on time
• Prospects and partners. Call prep, follow-ups, a CRM that tells the truth. No thread dies in an inbox
• Funding and institutions. Bpifrance, Région, incubators, EASA, awards. You build the dossier, chase the signatures, hit the date
• Events. NBAA, MRO Europe, ISTAT. Logistics before, follow-ups after
• Internal operations. Contracts, suppliers, payroll, onboarding. The hundred small things a company needs and a founder shouldn't be doing at midnight You'll see every part of the company in your first month. You'll own several by your third. You One Of These Two
• An aerospace engineering degree and the itch to leave the design office for a company you can actually shape
• A few years in aviation operations, CAMO, MRO, leasing or technical consulting, and the wish to sit closer to the decisions In both cases:
• You open a work pack and know what you're looking at
• You finish what you start, and you say it's late before anyone asks
• You write clearly, in French and in English
• You handle ambiguity without asking for a process first
• You're not above the small tasks and not lost on the big ones You don't need startup experience. You do need to want the pace. What you get A direct line to the founder. Every day, not in a quarterly review. Apply Toulouse, France. Send your CV and a few lines on the messiest situation you've ever put in order. No cover letter.
