About

Job Description
Fairly Made FAIRLY MADE® is a French scale-up helping fashion brands become more transparent and sustainable. Its SaaS platform enables brands to take back control of their supply chain data and improve their environmental and social impact—not just on paper, but in practice. • Adapt your management style to each person to help the team grow and perform
• Set and track individual and team objectives

• Design and scope the product changes needed to reach Product & Tech objectives
• Ensure overall consistency (UX, logic, positioning)
• Track usage metrics and benchmark against competitors
• Understand the international, regulatory and methodological specifics of our products
• Champion the customer voice and work across teams (~20%)
• Be the main product contact for Sales, including the “Product Minute” at the Sales Monday Kicker
• Communicate clearly what is prioritized and what is not
• Meet customers and prospects every week
• Coordinate cross-functional projects
• Contribute to company strategy with the other Heads: next year’s priorities and cross-functional risks raised to the Executive Committee Preferred Experience Hard Skills

experience:
proven ability to build a realistic quarterly roadmap and deliver on commitments.
• Data-driven management: strong command of product KPIs (adoption, value created, etc.) and ability to guide decisions through metrics.
