Unpaid volunteer role
· Remote
· Part-time Creative work rarely happens alone. ZNTH is building a website that helps people discover emerging creatives, their work and the connections between them. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to help turn that idea into a working first version. About ZNTHZNTH is a nonprofit cultural association supporting emerging creatives through gatherings, editorial projects and community programmes. We bring people across disciplines together to develop ideas, share knowledge and find collaborators. What you’ll help buildYou’ll work with our website team, designer and creative contributors on a platform where visitors can:
• Learn about ZNTH and our Salons.
• Discover creative profiles and projects.
• Read editorial features.
• Explore connections between people, work and collaborations. For the first version, ZNTH will manage the content with each creative’s input and approval. Artist-managed accounts may come later. Your part in itYou’ll develop front-end and back-end features, help structure the content and data, and turn designs into usable pages. You’ll also test what we build, resolve issues and document the decisions someone else will need to understand. The scope is still being refined. We’d value someone who can help us decide what belongs in the first release and what can wait. What we’re looking for
• Experience building full-stack websites, including work with databases and APIs.
• A portfolio, GitHub profile or examples you can walk us through.
• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate remotely.
• An interest in making something useful for a creative community. We’re open to different technical stacks and routes into development. You don’t need a particular degree; we want to understand what you can build and how you approach the work. Time and commitmentThis is an unpaid volunteer position. We do not currently have an approved budget or confirmed timeline for a paid development role. We’ll agree on hours, initial scope and commitment together, based on your availability and what the team can realistically deliver.
How to apply
Share your CV or LinkedIn profile, a link to relevant work, and your availability. Briefly tell us what you built and which parts you handled. Please check that the unpaid arrangement works for you before applying. We’re happy to answer questions about the project and commitment before you decide.
