Job description
YOUR ROLE As part of your studies, you are currently looking for an end-of-studies internship (Bac+5 / engineering school, business school or university, with a digital or IT focus). You will join [department / team to be completed] in a hybrid role, between IT Project Manager and Forward Deployed Engineer. You will manage internal AI and automation projects run with international teams, in close coordination with the Data & Innovation team. Working closely with end users, you will identify their operational pain points, turn them into technical solutions, then build and refine prototypes until they are adopted in the field. This internship offers a rare dual
experience:
project management and executive reporting on one side, and hands-on solution building in real-world conditions on the other. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• AI & automation project management: You will manage the full lifecycle of internal AI and automation projects run with international teams, and coordinate with the Data & Innovation team on cross-regional initiatives.
• Field immersion & needs analysis: You will work directly with end users on site to understand their operational pain points and turn them into technical solutions.
• Prototyping & deployment: You will design automation workflows to streamline operational processes. You will build, deploy and quickly iterate on prototypes in close contact with business stakeholders, and adapt solutions in production based on direct field feedback.
• Adoption & change management: You will bridge the gap between technical and operational teams so that solutions are adopted in real-world conditions.
• Market research & governance: You will lead market research and technology benchmarking to support digital innovation initiatives. You will also structure project data and prepare steering committee materials and sponsor briefings. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
