I. Site Supervising
· Supervise daily operations of the treatment plants as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
· Arrange Operators when required at sites.
· Train operators; relieve plant operators as required during commissioning and maintenance periods.
· Oversee shift scheduling and coverage, especially during absence or leave.
· Support service contracts including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for stabilisation and ongoing plant reliability.
· Monitor the functioning of plant equipment, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure preventive maintenance.
· Assist project teams and commissioning engineers in installations, upgrades, or expansions—especially in plumbing, piping, and utility interfaces.
· Ensure proper handover and documentation for new AMC contracts about plant stabilisation and ongoing maintenance.
· Conduct regular training for operators on updated processes, safety, and emergency handling.
· Verify compliance with water quality, safety, and environmental standards during all activities.
· Role in AMC Water Treatment Stabilisation
· Assist in site audits, data collection, and technical support during the initiation and stabilisation periods of new AMC contracts.
· Make AMC service reports based on the visits to the site with client acknowledgement and report if any changes required. II. Installation and Commissioning
· Installation and Commissioning of Water & Waste Water Treatment Plants, and preparation of Site.
· Define commissioning work packages and prepare relevant procedures and assist the project team.
· Conduct site surveys and readiness assessments before equipment installation.
· Plan, execute, and supervise the commissioning process through to final handover and acceptance
· Resolve installation issues, procedures, and methods by working closely with management, engineering, quality control, and contractors.
· Ensure efficient information flow and complete documentation of commissioned equipment.
· Lead project staff on-site and provide technical support and guidance.
· Interpret installation plans and contract specifications to meet requirements.
· Assess, test, and commission specialised equipment like Membranes, Pumps, Vessels, S, Ozonator, Online Monitoring Systems, Blowers, Piping.
· Provide training to customers and staff on system operations and maintenance.
· Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
· Make Completion reports and take client acknowledgement on successful Installation and Commissioning of plants. Qualification
