SEO/AEO Manager

Shape the future of search in a global B2B organization. Our client, a leading international company operating in more than 70 countries, is looking for an SEO Manager & Webmaster to own and accelerate its digital visibility worldwide. This is not a traditional SEO role. You'll be responsible for both search strategy and execution, combining technical SEO, content leadership, website management, and the emerging field of AI Search Optimization across platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. As the company's website is its primary demand generation channel, you'll play a key role in driving qualified leads, improving online visibility, and supporting ambitious growth objectives.

What you'll do
✅ Define and execute the global SEO roadmap ✅ Lead both technical SEO and content optimization initiatives across multiple languages ✅ Own the editorial strategy, content planning, and SEO performance reporting ✅ Optimize visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines ✅ Manage the relationship with the external web agency, including tickets, releases, testing, and website improvements ✅ Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and international teams to maximize lead generation ✅ Measure impact, communicate results, and continuously drive improvements What we're looking for We're seeking a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. You likely bring:
• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong technical SEO expertise
• Experience managing a corporate website and CMS
• Proven success building and executing SEO content strategies
• Experience with multilingual and international SEO
• Knowledge of AI Search / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset and reporting capabilities
• Professional fluency in English and French
• A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach Tech Stack
