Salesforce Architect

We are partnering with a globally recognised consulting firm that is expanding its specialist Digital practice in France and looking to appoint an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex Salesforce transformation programmes, shaping technical strategy and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce CRM transformation programmes.
• Design scalable, robust and sustainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategies, roadmaps and development best practices.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from solution design through to deployment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers and project delivery teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to technical innovation, knowledge sharing and the development of the wider Salesforce practice. Required

Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in CRM transformation and implementation, including significant hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect, leading complex, end-to-end implementations.
• Salesforce Architect certification required.
• Strong technical expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce integrations, architecture principles and platform best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong consulting background, with the ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English. What's on Offer?
