Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and partnerships with industry professionals.
• Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored wedding packages and services. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Team Collaboration And Leadership
• Provide guidance and support to the sales and event planning teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Share industry knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the team's performance and professional growth.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as needed. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2
- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
