Senior Housekeeper

We are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Housekeeper for our Ultimate Chalet in Les Gets, France. The role is available from mid-November until 28th February. Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in France, either through EU passport or a valid Carte de séjour. Role Overview This is a diverse and challenging “hands-on” role, supporting the Chalet Manager in delivering a 5
* experience for our guests. The main emphasis in this role is providing exceptional service, creating unique and memorable holidays for each guest.  Main Responsibilities
• Housekeeping of all bedrooms, bathrooms, spas and other communal areas.
• Chalet and guest laundry
• Proactive communication with guests to ensure all queries are answered and any special requests are met at the earliest opportunity.
• General chalet maintenance, reporting issues to the chalet manager or operations manager in the Chalet Manager’s absence and following up and immediate concerns.
• Maintaining general hygiene, health and safety standards in line with company policy.
• Maintaining and improving local supplier relations.
