Role Description The Full-Stack Developer AI & Cloud role is a remote contract position focused on designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications and cloud-native services. Day-to-day work includes developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end APIs and microservices, integrating AI/ML components, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security in cloud environments. The role involves collaborating with product owners, UX designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality, testable, and maintainable code. Responsibilities also include configuring CI/CD pipelines, monitoring application performance, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions for new and existing solutions. The developer is expected to document technical decisions, follow best practices, and work effectively across remote, distributed teams. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, including building and maintaining end-to-end web applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with experience creating responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with databases and external services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures, including containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of AI/ML integration in web applications, such as consuming AI services, working with APIs, or deploying ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and framework commonly used for full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
• Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, code review, and secure coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting technical work.
