Investor Relations

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile intern to join our Investor Relations team. You will work at the heart of our fundraising and LP communication efforts, contributing to the structuring, automation, and scaling of Founders Futures’ IR activities while supporting long-term value creation for our community of investors, founders, and strategic partners. Directly reporting to the COO, you’ll collaborate closely with the investment, finance, and marketing teams on strategic and cross-functional projects, from preparing fundraising materials and LP reporting to enhancing data workflows, building IR playbooks, and strengthening our global presence across Europe. Missions 1. Investor Relations
• Contribute to the activation and engagement of our commercial partner network, supporting onboarding to new investment vehicles and initiatives
• Prepare and continuously refine high quality investor materials including fund presentations, factsheets, newsletters, case studies and pitch books
• Support the drafting and coordination of quarterly and annual reporting, including performance KPIs, ESG disclosures and portfolio updates
• Prepare and structure communications related to portfolio activity, transactions and key milestones 2. Business Development
• Support the execution of investor engagement initiatives including roadshows, LP Days, conferences and targeted meetings
• Contribute to the preparation and launch of new investment vehicles, coordinating materials, timelines and internal stakeholders
• Help structure and maintain commercial tracking tools including commitment pipelines, partner follow ups and distribution monitoring
• Produce competitive benchmarks of comparable funds, analyzing positioning, key messaging, fundraising strategy and communication style
• Monitor VC and PE market dynamics, tracking competitor initiatives, emerging trends and strategic shifts across key geographies 3. Middle Office & Operations
• Prepare and refine high quality fundraising and marketing materials including decks, memos and investor communications
• Support fundraising execution end to end: due diligence coordination, data room structuring, investor Q&A follow up, and documentation tracking
• Act as cross functional interface between investment, legal, compliance and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Contribute to strategic internal analyses including market benchmarks, sector intelligence and operational best practices
• Maintain and upgrade investor infrastructure: CRM integrity, LP database updates, data room governance and reporting consistency What we're looking for
• Master’s student (M1/M2) in finance, sales, marketing, or related field looking for a gap-year or final-year internship.
• Previous experience in finance, private banking, consulting, or project management.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; .
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, to operate in an international environment.
• Curious, proactive, and structured, you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interest in technology, innovation, and venture capital.
