du poste We are offering you a Project Financing Internship Opportunity to join AESC France team to support the battery plant operation and development of a new world-class and innovative mass manufacturing Gigafactory, contributing to one of the most exciting, large scale industrial developments in many years. Responsabilités
• Assist on Cash Forecast: Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from relevant business units to prepare accurate cash forecasts; prioritize cash inflows and outflows to support effective liquidity planning and decision-making.
• Support Financing Related Loan Management: Monitor and manage outstanding loans, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance; liaise with internal stakeholders and external lenders to ensure timely execution of financing activities and accurate reporting.
• Prepare the Necessary Documents for Bank KYC: Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for bank KYC procedures; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Internal Coordination for Finance Support: Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to facilitate smooth information flow, resolve financial queries, and support the implementation of financial policies, processes, and ad hoc projects. Qualifications
• Duration: 6 months (Full-time)
• You have the right to work in the country you are applying for and are available to work full-time for 6 months. Compétences requises
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas).
• You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
• You will be results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.
