Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager (1) and Supervisors (3). You must have previous restaurant experience, ideally in a fast-food / quick-serve environment. HAPPY. HEALTHY. We have donated more than 110 million meals globally Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity available for both an Assistant Manager and Supervisor who is ready to grow their career. You will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.
• You will promote teamwork and a great customer experience
• You will ensure food quality and presentation is of the highest standard
• You will maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in both customer facing and back of house areas Position Duties These Key Roles Includes The Following Responsibilities
• Leading team members in efficient day to day shift operations
• Ensuring great-tasting, high-quality food is served as ordered and exceptional customer service is maintained at all times
• Monitoring portion control and maintaining stock levels for service
• Assisting in the training of new team members
• Assisting with managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining areas of the restaurant
• Maintaining all H&S records in line with food standard requirements Key Selection Criteria Suitable candidates with the following skills, experience and qualities are encouraged to apply:
• Previously worked in a similar environment and enjoyed this experience
• Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference
• Positive, happy and smiling – able to build on the great workplace culture and provide exceptional customer service

• €16.80 per hour for Assistant Manager
• €15.60 per hour for Supervisor
