The role builds dashboards that support new business projects and supervises the reporting apprentice. Your main responsibility will focus on the following
missions:
Dashboards & recurring reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and MG Cockpit
• Produce daily, monthly and quarterly reports for management reviews and internal meetings
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the sales team and the dealer network
• Deliver KPI reporting for incentive programs and budget follow-up Reporting for new projects
• Design the reporting that comes with each CRM evolution, with the Salesforce Project Manager
• Build new dashboards as business needs evolve Data quality
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and reporting systems
• Define KPIs and calculation rules, and document them Automation & analysis
• Eliminate manual Excel processes by automating recurring reports
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions User support
• Write tutorials and user guides for BI tools
• Provide support to internal users on reporting tools
• Supervise the future BI apprentice/intern EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
• Master's degree in business, data analytics or engineering
• 2 to 3 years of experience in BI or reporting, ideally in sales performance or the automotive industry
• Analytical mindset, proactive, autonomous, rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to present data clearly to non-specialists and to coach a junior profile
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various parties, team spirit
• Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written Technical skills
• BI tools: advanced Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)
• Data: strong KPI and data analysis skills; SQL is a plus
• Excel: advanced level, including process automation
