Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy: execute the overall vision and strategy for financial products (from ticketing sells to cashless payments, financial reporting, fiscal reporting, and accounting), ensuring alignment with business goals, country regulations and market demands. Stakeholder Collaboration: act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (finance, compliance, sales, marketing) and the development team to gather requirements and prioritize features. Detect and report payments incidents when impacting organizers appreciation. Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders and team members. Provide operational support to the Client success and Finance teams. Providing help for PSP configurations, responding to questions in Slack, triaging RUN requests and generating custom exports is key for the well functioning of the company. Product Backlog Management: create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Development and Delivery: work closely with the development team during sprints to ensure the product is being built according to specifications and timelines. Review, QA and accept completed user stories to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria and deliver the expected value. Market and User Research: analyze user data and metrics to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement, particularly in payments technology. Compliance and Risk Management: ensure that financial products comply with relevant country/tax/fiscal regulations, standards, and best practices, including GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other industry-specific requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial products and solutions with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory adherence. Performance Monitoring: monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, using data and analytics to track key performance indicators. Implement changes and improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.

This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of financial products that meet market needs and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on compliance. Fundamentals To Join Us
• You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) ;
• You have +5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Consultant, or similar role, in a start-up, company or function where payment is core. Having a strong understanding of payments & financial concepts, markets, and instruments is mandatory.
• You have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
